Sucker Punch Suicide Loss Support
Follow the Calling, Rise from the Ashes
Losing someone to suicide isn’t just grief—it’s a full-body sucker punch that knocks the air out of your lungs, your soul, your very identity. It’s the kind of pain that doesn’t politely knock on the door; it breaks the damn thing down and sets your world on fire.
But you need to know that you don’t have to sit in that wreckage alone.

Your safe space to breathe, to feel, and to heal.
This program offers a powerful and personal space to grieve, heal, and rebuild. I know you need rest, support, to be heard, held. That’s why I am here to offer compassion and courage. This is your chance to speak up, to ask for the guidance and guiding hand to help navigate you through this before you check out. Please check in. I am here for you.
Here’s a simple check-in process to help you reconnect with yourself:
Step 1: Check in and notice what part of you is activated - denial, anger, rage, depression?
Step 2: Get curious rather than fighting it.
Step 3: Compassionately connect and ask for what you need.
Step 4: Bring compassion to it. It’s not about escaping the pain but learning to carry it with strength and purpose. Together, we’ll transform heartbreak into healing and despair into a fierce will to rise.
The Sucker Punch Suicide Loss Support Program is not for the faint-hearted. This is a raw and relentless 3-month one-on-one healing journey that dares you to face the darkness head-on. This isn’t about slapping a “think positive” sticker on your grief and pretending it’s fine. This is about feeling it all—the rage, the sorrow, the guilt—and using that fire to forge something unbreakable. It’s about building a life not despite the pain but because of it.

I know the white-hot anger and the aching guilt that gnaws at your bones. And I know the raw, terrifying truth: there are no easy answers here. But there is a way forward, and I’m here to show you how to find it.
